Job Purpose
Provide personalized, meaningful, and relevant attention to high-end shoppers and VIP guests. Prepare and share shopping edits to proactively prepare VIP guests' next visit. Be the liaison to the VIP Services teams to arrange personalized experiences as needed. Support the preparation of luxury shopping events.
Key Responsibilities
- Be close to luxury shoppers on property, be on stand-by for immediate shopping assistance.
- Daily store visit and meetings with boutique managers to stay on top of trends, newness, and develop a particular expertise on categories of watches, jewellery, fashion, accessories.
- Be a Wynn ambassador and leverage the incredible offering at Wynn to create repeat visits and repeat sales on property: know each room type, restaurants, bars, chefs, spa menus, swimming pools, upcoming events, etc. and suggest personalized action plans to retail team and brand partners to treat our high-end clients whilst staying within budget.
- Prepare next visit with a clienteling mindset, working closely with brand partners to ensure the inventory allocation and in-store treatment are ready on time.
- Keep database updated for each client: preferred brands / products / purchase history / sales in the pipeline.
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of Butler or customer service experience in luxury hotel. Private Shopper prior experience will be beneficial.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field
Language Ability: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and conversational English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
