Instruct customers to play slot machines. Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and maintain compliance with rules and regulations.

• Instruct customers on how to play slot machines and read and understand the game rules
• Frequently inspect assigned slot areas and monitor machine operations
• Assist with the payout of manual jackpots in accordance with Company policy and promotional events
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures and maintain slot machine integrity by upholding government regulations

Experience: Minimum of 1 year dealer experience an advantage

Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Certificates: Certificate in Slots operations preferred; knowledge of IGT accounting system preferred; good cash handling skills

Language Ability: Good Cantonese and Mandarin; English an advantage

Computer Skills: Basic
