Operate and maintain central plants equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handling units, fans, pumps , Kitchen & Laundry's equipment and general mechanical equipment in accordance with scheduled program and as ad hoc needs arise.

• Conduct daily equipment inspection and maintenance according to the planned schedule
• Carry out maintenance works in accordance with established policies and procedures, especially in regards to safety issues
• Repair equipment as ad hoc needs arise in a timely manner in order to maintain the equipment / system normal operation
• Update the status and ensure completion of work orders
• Troubleshoot all mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment

Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical and HVAC system maintenance

Knowledge/Certificates: Trade certificate in electrical/mechanical engineering an advantage; Welding Certification is an advantage; Boiler operation certificate is an advantage

Education: Primary school and above

Language Ability: Fluent Cantonese; Mandarin and English an advantage

Computer Skills: Preferably to have Basic knowledge
