Responsible for protecting the Company's assets and employees through proactive CCTV monitoring of employees, compliance with rules and procedures, and patron activities through the effective use of CCTV systems and associated information-gathering equipment.

• Be aware of and follow all departmental confidentiality procedures.
• Operate CCTV and digital equipment to conduct surveillance of all casino gaming areas.
• Conduct routine surveillance monitoring, review CCTV footage, and complete all associated documentation to detect suspicious or illegal activities throughout casino and gaming areas.
• Adhere to Company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Detect irregularities and illegal activities.
• Maintain evidence by dubbing, saving, and retrieving video files.
• Deliver accurate outcomes resulting from surveillance duties performed.
• Undertake project work and reviews to a high standard.
• Use associated software to complete documentation.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of Macau gaming regulations and casino operational procedures is preferred

Education: High school diploma or above

Language Abilities: Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS office and other related computer applications
