Coordinator - Corporate Communications

Job Purpose

Support the Corporate Communications team in executing public relations and communications activities. Assist in promoting the company's brand, events, and initiatives through media relations, content preparation, and daily communications support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling media inquiries from local, regional, and international media
  • Support the coordination of media visits, interviews, filming activities, photoshoots, and company events.
  • Assist in preparing and translating communication materials, including press releases, fact sheets, media invitations, and other corporate content.
  • Compile daily media coverage reports and assist with news monitoring and translation.
  • Liaise with external PR agencies and vendors on routine communications activities and administrative follow-up.
  • Maintain organized records of media contacts, press materials, and communication activities.
  • Support the team with research, content gathering, and other communications-related projects as assigned.

Competencies and Requirements

Experience: Experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, journalism, translation, or administrative support are preferred.

Knowledge/Certificates: Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong organizational skills. Eager to learn new things and able to effectively prioritize tasks. Possesses good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Translation, or a related discipline.

Language Abilities: Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Chinese and English))
