Bellperson

Job Purpose

Greet guests upon their arrival and farewell them on departure, assist with luggage, answer their questions, and ensure guests have a pleasant, memorable experience at the hotel lobby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and escort guests upon their arrival and departure
  • Deliver luggage and other items to guestrooms
  • Record, label and handle stored baggage properly
  • Coordinate with other departments to arrange greeting and sending off for guests at the ferry terminal, border gate or airport when required
  • Clean and tidy the Bell stand, check-in/out areas and baggage storage rooms and alert the Public Area Cleaners when necessary

Competencies and Requirements

Experience: 1 year Bell Services or customer service experience an advantage

Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of Wynn Resort’s facilities and services and Macau attractions

Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred

Language Ability: Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English
