Project Coordinator - Projects & Logistics

Job Purpose

Assist the Assistant Director/Director to plan, execute, monitor and control Facilities’ projects and coordinate with relevant users and contractors on project development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with users to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assist to monitor workers’ progress and ensure project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage construction related and as-built documents including drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, photographs and other reference materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise work and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Competencies and Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ hotel operation or construction administration.

Education: Diploma and is a plus (Engineering major an advantage)

Language Abilities: Good English and Cantonese

Computer Skills: Expert in MS applications (Visio, Project, Office), AutoCAD is a plus
