Inventory Clerk - Public Area

Job Purpose

Operate the storeroom and control inventory of supplies. Create purchase requisitions and order, receive and issue supplies to Supervisors and Cleaners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock levels of Public Area cleaning supplies including the incoming and outgoing records
  • Forecast supply needs for the stock room and manage inventory levels
  • Monitor and check items for quality control purposes
  • Order, receive and issue supplies to Public Area locations
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock count of Public Area cleaning supplies and prepare periodical consumption reports

Competencies and Requirements

Education: Secondary school or above

Language Abilities: Fair in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
