To provide courteous and professional services to guests, also responsible for entertainment games.

• Dispense playing cards, collect bets and make payments accurately
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain games and fill chips
• Be alert and advise Supervisor once any suspicious activities and disputes
• Be knowledgeable of all the resort’s facilities and services
• Perform duties assigned by the Supervisor and Pit Manager

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer services experience preferred

Education: Secondary School diploma or above

Language Ability: Good Cantonese and Mandarin; English an advantage
