Manager - Kitchen & Laundry Equipment

Job Purpose

Manage the daily operations and organize planned maintenance plans on kitchen and laundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for kitchen and laundry equipment
  • Review and ensure the repairs, maintenance works and installation adhere to relevant safety rules and regulations
  • Analyse corrective maintenance trends and adapt preventative maintenance plans to reduce corrective maintenance events
  • Trouble-shoot difficult cases to ensure electrical system and equipment is in perfect working order
  • Propose improvement to installations or work procedures that lead to an increase of service level, productivity or cost reduction

Competencies and Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ electrical or mechanical of relevant management experience. Experience in large integrated luxury resort is an advantage

Knowledge/Certificates: Deep knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipments. Knowledge of a range of building trades, building codes and local government regulations

Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electro-mechanical engineering or relevant discipline.

Language Ability: Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin)

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
