The Wynn Facilities Academy was established in November 2017 to provide on-the-job training for local talents interested in the engineering industry. We offer two distinctive training programs designed for students with different level of engineering education backgrounds.

- Tailored for university graduates with Engineering-related degrees and a desire to pursue Facilities Management positions
  
  Receive coaching from industry leaders through on-the-job training and participation in field-specific projects
