Job Purpose: Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service. Assist the Server by transporting trays and dishes. Prepare sauces, glassware and linen for table settings. Prioritise orders for the kitchen and collect and maintain inventory.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Server to deliver trays and dishes
• Clear and reset tables
• Clean and tidy the dining equipment
• Prepare glassware and linen for table setting
• Maintain inventory levels and collect stock when required
• Store food, beverages and equipment carefully
• Keep menus and beverage lists in good condition
• Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services
• Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
• Rotate among the different sub-departments of the F&B Division as required
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Server and Team Leader

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a high volume 4-5 star hotel or restaurant an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: N/A
Education: Primary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Fluent English, good Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage
