Wynn was the only company that Bon was eager to join when she was applying for her internship. What she has learnt and achieved in Human Resources Employee Relations Department during her internship at Wynn was beyond her expectations.
Having the opportunity to work on other projects not limited to administrative work, Bon has also participated in the planning of various events that has broadened her horizons and allowed her to gain more social experience. One of the most memorable activities was the Elderly Visit, when Bon took the initiative to take on the role of leader for the busy team, attentively coordinating the team making the event a big success. Bon earned recognition for her excellent performance and the spirit of taking responsibility for every detail. “Creating unforgettable experiences for the elderly has given me unspeakable fulfilment.”
Bon has not only stimulated her potential for being a coordinator, but also a service-driven provider that enjoys providing customized experiences through communication. Bon has continued to devote herself to the Wynn core values and has thrived in the Guest Services Center since her graduation.
