Sally has been working in the Human Resources Department of Wynn for more than eight years and has been impressed by Wynn’s caring culture since the beginning of her internship.
She joined Employee Services and Employee Relations as an Internship Trainee when she was a university student. At that time, she was responsible for organizing a range of diversified activities for Team Members, and handling consultations at the HR counter. Looking back on her internship, Sally always feels happy and fortunate to have made the best choice. The fruitful internship experience coupled with an atmosphere full of kindness and gratitude between Team Members made her determined to develop her future career in Human Resources.
Sally was retained as a part-time clerk after her internship and worked hard to acquire new skills and discover new potential career paths. She returned to the Wynn family 2 years after graduation. Sally discovered that while working in other places, she was not able to experience the sense of belonging and care from other Team Members that she felt at Wynn. As the current Internship Supervisor of her department, Sally often shares her experience with new trainees, encouraging them to make good use of their internship time, to learn and to listen, as well as to experience the company’s culture by participating in different activities. As an Internship Trainee, they should improve their communication skills and set a clear direction for future development.
