FRONT OFFICE ACCELERATION PROGRAM
- Tailored for university graduates with a desire to pursue a long-term career in Hotel Operations
- Learn all aspects of front office operations and VIP guest services
- Receive comprehensive, all-round training in different capacities, including Concierge, VIP Reception, Guest Service Centre, Housekeeping and Bell, Door & Valet
- Advance management skills under the mentorship of industry leaders from international hotel backgrounds
HOUSEKEEPING ACCELERATION PROGRAM
- Tailored for university graduates with a desire to pursue management positions in the Housekeeping department
- Learn all aspects of Housekeeping operations in an integrated resort, including inventory control, administration, guestroom cleaning and inspections
- Develop strong leadership and supervisory skills by collaborating with different departments such as Front Office, Public Areas, Wardrobe & Laundry, VIP Services, Floral and Facilities
- Receive coaching from industry leaders with solid work experience from international hotel backgrounds
