Facilities Academy
The Wynn Facilities Academy was established by Wynn Resorts Macau to provide on-the-job training for local talent interested in the engineering industry. We offer two distinctive training programs designed for students with different levels of engineering education backgrounds.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
- Tailored for university graduates with Engineering-related degrees and a desire to pursue Facilities Management positions
- Receive coaching from industry leaders through on-the-job training and participation in field-specific projects
- Collaborate with different team heads and develop leadership skills
- Program contents include Practical Skill Development, Personnel Management, Business Strategic Planning and System Analysis
FACILITIES TRAINEE PROGRAM
- Tailored for high school graduates with a desire to become trained Technicians
- Learn from the best industry leaders in the Electrical, Mechanical, Public Attractions and Audio-Visual fields
- Receive on-the-job skills training and theoretical knowledge facilitated by the Wynn Facilities Academy
- Acquire professional qualifications and certifications
