Job Description

Job Purpose: Wash, clean, polish and maintain all dishes, cooking equipment (ovens, stovetops), silverware, glasses, utensils, ashtrays and kitchen work areas.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean, wash and store crockery, pots and glassware
• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors and ceilings
• Use, handle and store cleaning chemicals correctly
• Remove and dispose of kitchen garbage
• Perform duties assigned by the Senior Steward and Supervisor

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: 1 year as a kitchen worker an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of correct use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals an advantage
Education: Primary school or above
Language Abilities: Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin
