Job Description

Job Purpose: Execute company’s daily digital marketing initiatives and programs; work on website maintenance and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and plan campaign program documents and contract preparation
• Support daily operation of paid campaign creative, copy writing and tracking
• Project management on paid campaign materials submission, timeline management, media cost and performance report
• Coordinate the formatting of media assets and uploading of postings to appropriate social media channels
• Work with appointed agencies on social campaign execution, from contracting, campaign briefing to execution and post-campaign evaluation

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience maintaining social media presence for the China market or 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing (website, email marketing, social media, mobile communications and online advertising)
Knowledge/Certificates:
• Good knowledge of popular social media platforms in China and the marketing opportunities these platforms present
• Basic understanding of online channel metrics, how to optimize performance in all online channels, detailed analysis of customer behavioral data to drive online marketing strategies & communication improvements.
• Good execution on briefing agency, website maintenance, campaign execution, daily operation and performance analysis
• Strong negotiating skills and experience with strategic vendors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Language Abilities: Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills:
• Good at MS Office, Photoshop & AI
• Aware of existing social media platforms and the marketing opportunities these platforms provide
