Job Description

Job Purpose: Manage daily operations of the Noodles Production kitchen and lead, motivate and coach the Noodles Production team to exceed guests’ expectations for high-quality noodles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the production of noodles and produce different varieties of noodles, dumplings and semi-processed ingredients for noodle dishes to meet outlets’ needs
• Monitor noodles consumption and maximise capacity of resources and equipment
• Create noodles menus and control costs
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality, freshness and sufficient supply of noodles
• Monitor stockroom storage and inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply and arrange deliveries when needed

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 15 years’ experience in noodles production in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent product knowledge of different kinds of noodle and congee
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Language Abilities: Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin; fair English
Computer Skills: Basic
