Job Description

Job Purpose: Clean, service, replenish and maintain guestrooms on schedule according to Wynn Palace requirements. Provide turndown service and deliver room amenities if requested.

Key Responsibilities
• Clean and tidy guestrooms to exacting Wynn Palace standards according to a strict schedule
• Check, record and replenish mini-bar supplies consumed by guests
• Provide daily turndown service
• Collect and deliver guest laundry
• Deliver newspapers and magazines to guestrooms
• Deliver amenities if requested (rollaway beds, baby cribs, etc.)
• Relocate and rearrange guestroom furniture as directed
• Remove food trays and trolleys from guestrooms and hallways to the guest floor service pantry
• Maintain and refill Guest Room Attendant cart daily
• Maintain and clean all equipment used and return in good condition at the end of the shift
• Report room status discrepancies to Housekeeping Floor Supervisor immediately
• Clean and tidy guest hallways and back-of-house areas as required
• Complete daily assignments and report progress to Housekeeping Floor Supervisor(s)
• Keep master keys for allocated floors safe at all times and return them at the end of the shift
• Stand by in case of emergency
• Report suspicious activities on guest floors
• Know and understand all the Wynn Palace’s facilities and services
• Assist and perform duties assigned by Housekeeping Floor Supervisor or Assistant Housekeeper

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
Education: Minimum of Form 3 secondary school or equivalent
Language Abilities: Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English
