Job Purpose: Provide support to F&B Administration and help ensure the smooth operation of the department

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise work and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Prepare information and reports for daily managers’ briefings
• Manage files, reports, letters, memos, business cards and other relevant business documents
• Answer and screen telephone calls and transfer the line to the relevant F&B outlet manager

Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a large organisation, preferably in the hospitality industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Language Ability: Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Chinese and English)
