Bonnie worked as a Coordinator for Wynn Macau HR’s Overseas Employee Services Department for four years between 2014 and 2018. She then applied for an internal transfer to the Spa Operations Department at Wynn Palace as she has always been very interested in skin care and spa treatments. Despite opposition from her family and having to give up her stable administrative working hours, Bonnie took a leap of faith by stepping out from her “comfort zone”.
In her new role as a Guest Service Agent, Bonnie was put in charge of the Spa Reception desk where she handled all guest check- ins and conducted guests’ orientations to explain the spa facilities and services. She attended Forbes training and acquired new professional knowledge! With her positive learning attitudes and a strong determination to conquer obstacles, Bonnie made a smooth transition to her new working environment and gained recognition from her boss and colleagues.
Bonnie’s courage and perseverance to follow her heart ultimately made her dream job came true. She is now a super star of the team and has recently been promoted to a Spa Manager!
