Job Description
Interact with guests and sign up new members. Access members’ benefit information and perform other miscellaneous transactions.
• Operate the Red Club Card counter and assist to do registration for new member
• Issue complimentary gifts according to Club Marketing policies and procedures
• Perform member benefit redemptions and issue complimentary items and promotional benefits
Experience: Previous customer service or marketing experience an advantage
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and typing skills (English and Chinese)
