Job Description
Coordinate the kitchen training calendar/cooking competitions and conduct training for kitchen staff.
• Plan and compile the materials for the kitchen service training program
• Coordinate with external outlets for F&B training and competitions
• Conduct and participate in orientation for new F&B hires
• Oversee the implementation of training programs in coordination with culinary
• Write and implement training programs, learning guides and departmental handbooks
• Provide ongoing staff motivation and team development, and deliver educational training programs to achieve division goals
• Prepare regular reports to management on training progress
• Conduct review section to monitor staff performance, training status and attendance on culinary program
Experience: Preferred 1 year of industry experience in culinary operations and 1 year of training or teaching experience
Knowledge/Certificates: In-depth knowledge of training techniques and their application; excellent knowledge of high-quality F&B culinary
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Food and Beverage Management or related field
Language Abilities: Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of Micros ordering and billing systems
