Job Description

Job Purpose

Clean, service, replenish and maintain guestrooms on schedule according to Wynn Palace requirements. Provide turndown service and deliver room amenities if requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guestrooms to exacting Wynn Palace standards according to a strict schedule
• Check, record and replenish mini-bar supplies consumed by guests
• Deliver amenities if requested (rollaway beds, baby cribs, etc.)
• Relocate and rearrange guestroom furniture as directed
• Clean and tidy guest hallways and back-of-house areas as required

Competencies And Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
Education: Minimum of Form 3 secondary school or equivalent
Language Abilities: Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English
