Wynn’s belief and culture of “Only People Make People Happy” was brought up by senior Team Members when Paul was applying for his internship. An eagerness to learn how to practice this core value urged Paul to join our Human Resources Employee Services team.
Dealing with various enquiries from Team Members at the Human Resources Concierge counter was a challenge for Paul in the beginning as he was unfamiliar with the information and guidelines. In addition to putting extra effort on learning, the guidance and sharing of the vision of “care about everyone and everything” from the team supervisor fostered his adaptation to the service counter. Paul always put in all-out effort to provide personalized service and assistance.
Paul blended into Wynn’s family as time passed and he felt warm-hearted that the Team Members he served would greet him solicitously. Upon the completion of his internship, one of them even treated him with a homemade preserved meat as a farewell gift.
After graduation, Paul rejoined our big family to start his career journey in the Housekeeping department and has fully exerted the culture and knowledge he obtained during his internship. “Care about everyone and everything” has become his core leadership behavior.
